•  Waist beads is a traditional African accessory that consist of small glass beads on a string or wire worn around the waist or hips. Waist beads are typically worn all the time even while bathing and sleeping, they are serves as a symbol of femininity, fertility, sensuality, and spiritual well-being, inner beauty, conveyors of position energy and healing. They are worn by all ages and size from birth to transition. Today, waist beads are becoming more popular than ever as women across the globe continue to embrace African social culture and help each other grow to love and adorn their body regardless of shape or size. Waist beads keep the body in shape, letting the waist small and hips attentive. On a regular basis, waist beads are further countable as a perfect measurement tool for women to feel more feminine and beautiful about their body. The traditional Waist beads DO NOT STRETCH OR REMOVABLE, traditional waist beads serve as a natural waist trainer for some women and used to control weight gain. They act as a tracker for your body which helps you in losing the weight. As a weight measure, when gaining weight, the belt of the beads climb up and get a little tight and when you lose weight, it falls elegantly on the hips. 

•  Gentle Luv waist beads are all handmade 40”–50” inches. To get an accurate measurement use a body tape and wrap it around the desired area you would like your waist bead to lay. There are three area you can lay your waist beads. Waist line which is usually visible to the eyes of others and it is the best way to monitor your weight if you are on a weight journey.  High Hip which is under the navel which allows the waist bead to lay elegantly above the hips. Lower Hips which lays right on the hip bone making it more private and sacred to you and your partner. Make sure when measuring to give a little extra space for comfort. 

•  Depending on how high or low you get your waist beads tied your waist beads can last for several month even years. The lower the waist beads lay the longer the waist bead will last. Normal wear and tear, removing your garments, and engaging in sport activities will make the waist bead more fragile. Reminder to be very mindful with the lower beads when using the restroom always feel for your beads first before you pull down you under garment.

Private parties offer personal space to get the best experience of sisterhood, love, beauty, and self-love. To schedule a waist bead party a small fee is required to confirm your reservation. The fee will be based on your location and distant from my location. Waist beads party is a group of 15 or more. Please make sure your party time block is adequate to serve everyone at your party.
